Ok I need serious help!?

Well, I'm thirteen, and there's this girl who I thought I liked and she liked me back one day she said she loved me and I uh... Kinda went along with it, the next day I realized I don't love her, or even really like her, but I don't want to hurt her by telling her that she's had a really hard life and has thought of committing suicide before... What do I do???
