Can I lose 30 pounds in two months?
Okay, I'm a 12 year old girl. I am 5'5 and weigh 175 pounds. I have not been happy with my weight for a long time. I just want to feel normal. I want to lose about 30 pounds before I go back to school. I know it will take a lot, but I'm willing to do it. Right now I'm eating 1500 calories daily and exercising for one 1/2 hours. Will this work? I do 30 minutes of yoga and I run for about an hour. I am eating healthy. I'm not drinking soda or juice, and I don't snack or overeat. Keep in mind I do not like vegetables. If someone can tell me this works, I will commit to it everyday. Thanks for everyone's help. (If you're going to be negative, then don't answer!)
